What should I do before the hearing?

• Review your file with your representative
• Send new records 5 business days before
• Write down your symptoms, medicines and hospital stays
• Ask about video if travel is hard

What about on the day?

• Answer in your own words
• "I don't remember" is a fine answer
• Describe how you do between episodes too
• Take breaks when you need them

Should I bring support?

Yes. A trusted family member can testify about what they've seen.
